Financial Aid FAQ

How is financial need determined?

Financial need is determined by analyzing your family's total income, number of dependents, existing educational expenses, and any special circumstances. We use a holistic approach that considers the complete financial picture of your household.

Can I receive both a grant and use a payment plan?

Yes! Financial aid options can be combined. For example, you might receive a 50% need-based grant and pay the remaining 50% in monthly installments through our interest-free payment plan.

Is financial aid available for all courses?

Yes, financial aid can be applied to any Explorer Program course. The aid amount is typically calculated based on your total enrollment and distributed proportionally across your courses.

Do I need to reapply for financial aid each year?

Yes, financial aid must be renewed each academic year. However, the renewal process is simplified for continuing students. You'll need to submit updated income documentation but won't need to complete the full application again.

What if my family's financial situation changes?

If your family experiences a significant change in financial circumstances (job loss, medical emergency, etc.), contact our financial aid office immediately. We can reassess your aid package mid-year in cases of demonstrated need.

Are international students eligible for financial aid?

Yes, the Explorer Program's financial aid is available to all qualified students regardless of nationality. Our program serves students across South Asia and Southeast Asia, and aid decisions are need-blind.
