A Turnkey International Dual-Enrollment Solution
Partner with Explorer to bring your first-year curriculum into international high school classrooms, building a sustainable pipeline of well-qualified, well-prepared applicants to your degrees.

Executive Summary
Turnkey Solution
A complete international dual-enrollment solution with minimal operational overhead for your institution.
Recruitment Channel
A high-quality recruitment and branding channel embedded directly inside target schools.
Better-Prepared Students
Welcome students who already understand your expectations and hold a block of first-year credit.
Explorer works with selected high schools in major international student recruitment markets (initially South Asia and Southeast Asia) and delivers your first-year courses on-site and online through Explorer-appointed faculty. Students remain enrolled in their own national curricula while simultaneously being dual-enrolled in your university's course codes.
How the Program Works
Explorer delivers your first-year courses in international high schools, following your syllabus and assessment standards. Students are formally registered in your course codes.
Explorer delivers your selected first-year courses using a blended model:
- On-ground instruction by Explorer faculty and TAs
- Guided engagement with your online resources
- Assessments supervised per your policies
The Explorer Academic Studio reinforces core skills without changing your syllabi:
- Applied problem-solving and case analysis
- Academic writing and data work
- Independent study habits
Students are registered in your systems under appropriate status:
- Grades and credit on your official transcript
- Credits toward degrees at your institution
- Transferable to other institutions per their policies
Benefits for Universities
Explorer offers a practical, scalable, and academically robust way to engage with international students and schools in key recruitment markets.
Strategic International Recruitment
Direct presence inside target schools where academic and application decisions are made. Early and sustained contact with students and families over two years, rather than a one-time fair or visit. Increased likelihood that Explorer students who hold your credits will choose your institution.
Better-Prepared Incoming Students
Students arrive having completed your courses and assessments, experienced the pace and expectations of first-year study, and developed key skills in writing, quantitative reasoning, and independent learning. This improves first-year retention, success rates, and student satisfaction.
Incremental Credit Revenue
Dual-enrolled students generate credit-bearing enrollments in your courses even before matriculation. Some may study elsewhere but still contribute course revenue; those who do matriculate bring both past credit and 2-3+ years of degree tuition.
Brand Positioning & Reputation
Position your institution as innovative and globally engaged—a leader in international pathways and dual-enrollment. A partner that invests in student preparation, not just recruitment. Co-branded materials, events, and certificates enhance visibility in high-value markets.
Low Operational Overhead
Explorer handles school outreach and relationships, timetabling and local logistics, and recruitment and management of on-ground teaching staff. Your core responsibilities: approve courses, ensure standards are applied, and provide periodic academic review.

Implementation Roadmap
Joint Scoping & Course Selection
Identify which first-year courses are suitable for dual-enrollment delivery in schools. Widely useful across degrees: writing, calculus, statistics, micro/macro, business, computing, social science. Decide initial program focus (e.g., Business and Social Sciences first, STEM/Engineering in a second phase).
Academic & Quality Framework
Confirm course syllabi, learning outcomes, assessment formats, and grading standards. Establish instructor qualifications and approval processes. Set up quality assurance mechanisms: periodic moderation of samples, review of student outcomes, regular communication.
Operational Agreement
Capture in an MoU or formal agreement: admission criteria for dual-enrolled students, fees and financial arrangements, data-sharing and reporting, branding and communications guidelines.
Pilot Cohort Launch
Select a small number of partner schools in one or two key markets (e.g., CBSE schools in India; ABM/STEM schools in the Philippines). Offer a manageable set of courses (e.g., Writing, Micro/Macro, Stats, Intro Business) to an initial cohort of 25-50 students.
Evaluation & Scale-Up
Review pass rates, student feedback, teacher feedback, and operational lessons. Adjust course mix, support structures, and school selection criteria. Gradually expand to more schools, additional countries, and more subject areas as models stabilize.
Supported Subject Areas
Explorer supports your courses in key first-year subject areas that reflect common requirements across many degrees and give students maximum flexibility.
